Sausage Balls

Sausage balls are probably the easiest recipe I have in my breakfast rotation. These freeze well, heat up fast, and are filling, making them the perfect morning meal! I frequently double this recipe as these freeze well for up to 2 months in a ziplock bag.

Ingredients:

1 lb. Rafter Creek Breakfast Sausage

2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2 c. Bisquick

2-3 tbsp. milk or water

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl until of the Bisquick is fully incorporated. Add milk or water 1 tbsp. at a time if mixture is too dry.

2. Roll into small balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Bake at 350 for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
