Your Rancher

 

I'm Leah Redwine! I'm a fourth generation farmer and rancher and the owner of Rafter Creek Ranch. 

Rafter Creek Ranch began as an extension of what my father has been doing for years- putting delicious, farm raised meat on our family dinner table. One Sunday, as I looked at a pork chop that covered the majority of my plate, I said, "You could sell this stuff!" That statement started years of dreaming for me. Finally, in 2020, I decided to take the leap and sell our farm-raised pork for the first time. I found that people truly are looking for a quality product, raised locally, from people they know and trust. While Rafter Creek may still be a new venture, I'm excited for all the things to come!

When I'm not ranching, I work part-time as a speech-language pathologist. In my spare time, you can find me chasing my crazy puppy Russ, gardening, or dreaming up my next big project. By sharing the story of our family farm, it's my hope that customer's feel connected to their farmer and come to appreciate the story behind their food.
