Muffalata Sausage Rolls
I'm a big fan of easy, simple, and delicious recipes. This recipe checks all the boxes! It comes together in less than 30 minutes, and it’s very easy to eat on the go. While I highly recommend making this recipe with the muffalata, you can leave it out.
Ingredients:
1 lb. Rafter Creek Breakfast Sausage
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese
1/4 c. Muffalata
2 pkgs. Crescent Rolls
Instructions:
1. Brown sausage in skillet. Crumble meat into small pieces as you go. Allow to cool.
2. Mix sausage, cheese, and muffalata in a mixing bowl.
3. Roll crescent rolls out. Place a spoonful of sausage mixture on to each crescent roll and roll up. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake according to instructions on crescent roll package.
