Breakfast Bowls
I eat these breakfast bowls all the time. They are quick and easy to make, but also make me feel like I’ve actually cooked a meal when I pull them out of the freezer. I also use this same recipe to make breakfast burritos. You can substitute breakfast sausage for the ham steak to switch it up every now and then.
Ingredients:
1 Rafter Creek Ham Steak
16 oz. Frozen Hash Browns
8 eggs
1 c. shredded cheese
Milk, Season Salt, Salt, and Pepper
Instructions:
1. Cover the bottom of a baking dish with a thin layer of water. Place ham steak in dish and bake a 350 for 20-30 minutes. Once done, shred ham in a food processor and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, brown hash browns in a skillet. Season with season salt and pepper. Set aside to cool once done.
3. Beat eggs and add milk, if desired, to thin eggs. Scramble eggs and set aside.
4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add cheese once cool. Salt and pepper to taste.
